SFTX 2007 is now over. (Whew!) While you rest your feet, you might want to browse through these photos and videos from the weekend:

Got feedback? Fill out our handy-dandy form or send an email to feedback@sftx.info.

SFTX is a forum for dancers, djs, musicians, and tango anarchists of all stripes to dance, share knowledge, make music, dance, learn, dance some more, and maybe play some ultimate Frisbee. In San Francisco, for cheap. No classes, no teachers, no books. Plus a few surprises . . .

This year's Exchange will focus on music and movement. For those of you who participated last year, here are a few of the changes for 2007:

  • More open-dancing
  • New exchange format to allow deeper focus on movement concepts and more one-on-one connection
  • Presentations with q&a from the likes of Tova and Carlos Moreno, Korey Ireland, Rebecca Shulman, Shorey Myers
  • Streamlined dj plan
  • An all-inclusive ticket option (night milongas too!)

For more details, see our schedule.

Artists and other anarchists:

  • Tova Moreno
  • Shorey Myers
  • Rebecca Shulman
  • Korey Ireland
  • Homer Ladas
  • Evan Griffiths (SFTX Orchestra Leader)
  • Carlos Moreno
    More to come ...

And if you know people who might like to come to SFTX, please invite them. SFTX is open to anyone who would like to share and exchange knowledge with other dancers-but we only have room for 200 guests! To find out who's coming out to play, see our community page.

This community service message has been brought to you today by Project Tango SF (a non-profit organization) and a crew of local volunteers.
